Survivor 1775 metal print by Johanna Axelrod.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Johanna Axelrod

From the bottom of Winslow Lake, in Lakewood Wisconsin where I live, to the sky, and the trees in between, I am inspired to paint my vibrant watercolors. Travel throughout Wiconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, as well as in Europe, has also influenced my work. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, which was just the beginning of a lifetime of making art. My education continued at the University of Wisconsin, and numerous workshops and classes. Experimentation with various media has marked my work, with a concentration on watercolor the past few years.
