LilyPads metal print by Johanna Axelrod. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

About Johanna Axelrod
From the bottom of Winslow Lake, in Lakewood Wisconsin where I live, to the sky, and the trees in between, I am inspired to paint my vibrant watercolors. Travel throughout Wiconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, as well as in Europe, has also influenced my work. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, which was just the beginning of a lifetime of making art. My education continued at the University of Wisconsin, and numerous workshops and classes. Experimentation with various media has marked my work, with a concentration on watercolor the past few years. Love the background gradient, it gives a sense of distance, with the trees suggested in the reflection at the top. The complementary colors make it sing! I can almost hear the frogs now . . .
